Is there anything i can't knit?

I originally had the writing in yellow as i prefer the colour scheme but it doesn't really stand out so changed it to orange.

Can you explain the illustration? can you tell the cats tails are on the womans coat? Do I need a caption? its so difficult to tell these things on my own work.
